Our clients include: <  Research International:  SASS 2300 biohazard portable aerosol particle collection system.  Unique kidney shape allows unit to be deployed as backpack, carried by handle, or wall-mounted.  Main chassis and top cover roto-molded as one unit for uniform dimensional and color match.  HDPE chassis and cast urethane bumpers provide extremely ruggedized, yet lightweight, waterproof portable unit.      - Siemens Medical Systems: Interior sheet metal card cages for ultrasound machine.     <  designafairsUSA / Grindmaster:  Consumer coffee pod brewer with combination linked pod access door / drawer.  Included brewhead with optimized flow design, modular retention of hot tank, pcb, pump, and light-pipe selection buttons.    - Philips Medical Systems: New injection molded polymer case for the Heartstream ForeRunner defibrillator Trainer.    - KLA-Tencor: Precision alignment and installation fixtures for 300mm diameter silicon wafer inspection station, including rack and pinion module for $25,000 mirror installation.      <  Intermec: Detail design of  lower module for ruggedized hand-held bar-code reader / computer with dual-slot PC card slots, RFID and smartcard capability.  Featured elastomer retention module for scan engine, EMI-shielded sub-assemblies.    <  Intermec:  Outer enclosures and  linkage for rugged industrial barcode printer, including four-bar linkage for interacitve paper liner access door / drawer.    - IDEO / Canon USA: laser class 7000 LAN Fax Server.  Detail design of B-phase PC units, including sheet metal chassis and card cage with modular drive / power supply bay with precision tab/slot location features, and outer plastic covers.     <  Icebox LLC: Improved release / retention latch for flipscreen internet / TV / FM appliance for kitchen.  Saved client $50,000 in production costs.   - Microvision: Silicon wafer gold plating production line, including modular quick-release and rack and pinion features.  Silicon wafer inspection station with dual-stage vacuum hold-down.     <  HG Industries: Ergonomic polymer dispenser / mixer with 4-finger trigger, sculpted hand grip, wrist brace and relaxation strap.    <  CPU:  High speed 35mm film scanner / notcher with dual stepper motors, vacuum chip collection, CCD camera tilt and swivel adjust.   - D&K Engineering / HP: Detail design of HP printer return feed module and covers.  Required advanced knowledge of complex injection molded plastic parts.            <  Picture IQ:  Consumer digital mass storage modules.  Also created new rugged assembly test fixitures for circuit boards.
